Edit: It is shocking to see such reply from you calling me "mala fide". You could have checked with your reception or just checked for any incoming email. So for your information i have attached a screenshot of the email. I called multiple times to followup on my email. Please improve customer support instead of sweeping under the rug. And i did not check my google review on your firm until google sent an email "your review is popular" today.
