★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy any car from Truebil, I have bought Swift Desire from them and it was very worst experience. They don't care after sales, they will give u a 6 month warranty card but it has no means. Think 1000 times before purchasing car from trubil. They are liers, and they do false commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Would recommend everyone to buy or sell car from anyone but not from truebil Vasant kunj delhi store. They dont know how to treat with the customer as the salesperson denied to show us the cars as we had plans to buy the same after sometime. They told when u actually want to buy the car then only come and the salesperson started shouting and used abusive language. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TRUEBIL TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with truebil, purchased swift desire car 2016 model, from turebil vasant square mall Delhi office, and within 10 days engines seized. After calling to truebil, they are taking complain seriously. they have given resol tyres, which can't run more than 2000 km. After sales service is very bad. i am not recommending any one to purchase care from truebil. Its better that you purchase new car. This company should be ban. Now i am thinking why i have purchased car from this worst company. They will give u warranty card but it has no means. Sales person name is Mr. Puroshottam, don't buy any car from there.

I am writing this review in a very pain, I have purchased a Swift Dzire car 2016 Model from truebil Delhi Office, Vasant square mall, Delhi. And I have very worst experience. I have purchased 2016 model car from trubebil in a March 2019. And wihin 10 days cars engine seized. I have lodged a complain to the truebil office delhi and mumbai but they people are not hearing my voice. They do very good promises from customer at the time of selling car. But they don't delivered it. Now I am in a huge loss. I have purchased a car on a loan. I have invested my hard earned money of 5 lakh rupees. But daily I am moving around the Car Mechanic. I am very fade up from this.
So, I request you to don't purchase any car from truebil. They have no good services, they don't give u car for test drive more than 50 km. They sell accidental cars and damaged cars, which looks good but when u will purchase then it will become worst within 2-3 months. I suggest you people to purchase new car rather than purchasing from Trueebil. After sales service is very bad, they will not hear your voice. All Employees know the reality but they are doing their job so they don't speak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trubil has completed inspection work and my car is in good condition and with proper service record. True bill ask me for desire price and they have listed me car on their website and my car truescore was 4.3 rating out of 5 but yday i got call from truebil and they asked me to sale this car at very cheap price I did not sale my car to truebil but today I again checked my car truescore it was changed 3.7 instead of 4.3 I really don't know how they change change car truescore. Very Bad experience with truebil. Better to sell your car to Individual person and you can get decent price of your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place if you looking to exchange your old car or buy new one , they will give you 10 percent value of your old car as compared to market , I went there to sell my i10 grand and buy new , they were offering me 45000 inr for my old car and the same car I was able to sell in mahindra first choice at 1.83 lakh ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a good experience with Truebil in terms of Product presentation, staff cooperation, test drive , on time delivery and support with the insurance.
This thing fails when essential documents arent provided at the right time.
I bought my car in Aug 2019 and we're nearing an year's completion with no whereabouts of the RC which I was supposed to get ..It has been a real pain trying to send messages to the support team which provide you with no affirming solutions....
Really appalled by this kind of post sale services ..
