★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the price the cut was ordinary. The treatment from them was good but the cut seemed highly overpriced. I used to get the same cut for 200, which here was charged 1820. Not valuable. Definitely a skip.

Even after informing them on the phone just reached 8 min late, they simply denied to give the service as was going to use the free voucher. Was even ready to wait or come back after an hour. Further had also taken the appointment 3 days prior.

Worst is, for appointments rhe phone just keeps ringing or is busy most of the time
Claim to be busy but found the place empty for over an hour that i was there
Also staff keeping talking to themselves very loudly spoiling the entire ambience
Hope the above matters are attended to
Khar road and Palladium are tops in above points and promptly call back if line is busy
