★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from multiple problems as given below. 1. I had very high Uric acid. Due to this I was even unable to walk for 3 days. I was in high risk for arthritis.
2. My visceral fats were very high, this exposed me to heart disease in the near future.
3. I had obesity.
4. I was almost in Pre-diabetic stage.
When I went to Neha, she patiently listened to all my problems and suggested the appropriate diet, exercise and the duration of the treatment.
I have been following the her prescribed therapy for almost 4 weeks now and I have achieved remarkable results. My Uric acid level is now well under control, my visceral fats are down considerably and I lost considerable weight. I have even recommended my wife to consult with her. I was very doubtful about consulting a dietitian at first place, presuming 'dieting' involves taking expensive food items. But meeting her for the first time, changed all the preconceived notions. She put me on a diet which i could easily follow using the regular items in the kitchen. No fancy items, just following proper timings and portion control, i observed serious improvement in my overall energy levels, inch loss and muscle gain along with weight loss.

She always provided diet plans with natural healthy diet only which helped to achieve my goal and sustain the weight gain. Dr. Neha didn't give me any supplements or artificial products and I really appreciate it. She provided few daily workout tips as well which is very helpful for healthy lifestyle.
