★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was treated in medical ICU on 5th floor and was shifted to 3rd floor single room after 8 days in MICU. The doctors and staff took good care of my father for a speedy recovery. We are so happy with the services of sister Kalyani on 3rd floor. She is one of the best nurses on the 3rd floor. Overall, we are happy with the care and highly recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since our daughter worked in ER for a brief period in this hospital in 2017 we started sending our relatives and got good reviews.Very recently I visited there for my cardiac and kidney stones problem. I was very much impressed with the state-of-the-art facility, the attitude of Doctors and staff.They are very attentive and helpful.Actually I have expected that they will lead me to the operation theatre ultimately but to my surprise they didn't.They have solved my problems medically and without even staying for one day.Especially since all the specialists and equipment available in one place they have referred me to various departments and solved my problems miraculously.Contrary to our previous experience with other so-called multi-speciality facilities I came out cured as an outpatient.Since name and fame brings in more people it is a little bit crowded and needs some expansion in OP so as to facilitate more patients.My sincere thanks to all who helped me and a special mention to Dr.SCHS.Ramakrishna for his guidance and Dr.Uma (radiologist) and Sravani(staff)for their coordination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities and service is good. Doctors are good and their approach and treatment is reassuring. Nurses and other staff are quite supportive and curtious. Rooms maintenance is good and supervisors are checking frequently if any issues are there and ensuring best service. Overall experience is very good.

Doctors are very friendly and they encouraged not to get tensed.
The part where I have been given anesthesia is separate one. Nurses and other support staff has cared much.
I would like to suggest one thing to take care about the water facility in bathroom and also the lift facility must be improved.
We have faced huge delays when waiting for lift on respective floors. I would suggest you to have a separate lift for patients and separate lift for visitors..
Except this i loved the service and it's all good and Clean.

Prompt response and utmost care was provided to my father-in-law during emergency situation by Dr.RamaKrishna and Dr.Somayajulu.
