★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing to observe in "reviews" here is that the proprietor himself is giving his business a review.
I booked a kitchen cleaning through Mr. Right and they assigned me this professional. Mr. Amit Kumar did not call me until I called him to find out if he is taking up the job or not. Despite Mr. Right saying that vacating the kitchen is included he refused to do so.
On the day of the task I vacated the kitchen and kept it ready including dismantling the exhaust fan that he promised to get cleaned.
He sent two of his boys who came half an hour late and add to that one of them for the whole duration of the task was on his phone. I have no idea why he was sent if only one person was going to do the whole job. He kept flitting in and out of the house playing music and videos on his phone or making calls.
The boy who was cleaning simply started the job without assessing the work or asking me how much I need to clean. He did not alert me of the prices or anything. From the app I was given to understand that I would be charged 999 so I didn't ask further questions.
At the end of the task (which was not completed to my satisfaction) the exhaust fan was as greasy as it was before the job started and kitchen tiles which weren't as dirty to begin with were somehow sticky. The boy who was cleaning was eager to do a light job and run away instead of finishing the task at hand.
And I was charged 1500 for nothing.
