They didn’t even know how to talk.
Not receiving phone calls.
They should learn how to manage and talk with the patient’s family.
I’m definitely not going to suggest this laboratory to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsible lab. They do not pick up the calls and the phone receiver is dropped outside. How the persons are going to contact them for their reports. They are not at all cooperative during this covid times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, staff is totally non cooperative. They put the receiver saying to hold and forget that I can listen their voice on phone. What I was listening was surprising, staff were arguing on the sample and their reports bring mismatched. As the sample were from same family having common surnames. Xxxxx ahuja and xxxxx ahuja and one more. I tried calling them after disconnecting the call but no one reverted.
I personally won't recommend such type of unprofessional attitude. I am a consultant for healthcare services and works for healthcare quality and accreditation.
