Best part is that it's a complete body workout & trainer Vishvas adds a lot of rigor in his sessions. Group exercises are always fun specially with an endearing yet rigorous trainer like Vishvas! Looking forward to my next session on Tue!

I wouldn’t know when his love affair with this particular form of workout started but the passion and zeal with which he teaches is so compelling that one is automatically motivated to push one’s self more ! an admirable trait in any trainer I must say ! If you want to knock out the boring regime that you adhere to at your gym
then TRX with Vishwas is the answer for you ! Try it out!
