Rahul Kuntal and Devendra Mishra make fool to see your package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dealing with TUI Gurugram office. The experience was very bad. They are only bothered about collecting money from you and sub sourcing your account to some other agencies abroad. Then it's your luck whether you get services there or not. It's very dicey... there's no support from their team once the money is deposited. You will only hear from them when your payment is due,rest of the time you have to run behind them for any info required.

This time i thought of experience tui for my international trip thinking that they will be more professional in there work , but actually they don’t pick up the call , first they quote the lower price and then takes time to send you the detailed itinerary but after wasting 15-20 days they didn’t managed to send me a proper itinerary and then they stopped picking up the call , after 2-3 days of this drama they call and says the prices have increase to 75000 for a trip with no justification.
I have chats with the executive that how long they were taking to solve the queries .
Horrible it experience , my local tourist agency is much better at least they have value of there words .
