β β β β β My dad took me to this places 3-4 years back. This place is the only common choice that we have. Mutton biryani is to die for. Of you want some authentic taste of maharashtrian cuisine, and if food is more important to you than ambience, this is the place for you. I recommend mutton or chicken thali if you want a taste of everything or you can simply go for mutton kheema and roti followed by lipsmackin biryani.

Had been there for dinner after watching a video on YouTube.
The place is not easily visible as it is located in the inside of the commercial complex and is not road facing. But after the experience and visit to this place it made me conclude that it is a hidden gem!
Starting with the experience of the food service, humble and hospitable are the two perfect words for the service given by the aged waiter who attended our table.
Had ordered the Mutton Rice Plate, which comes with Mutton Sukka, Mutton Rassa, Mutton Aalni, Mutton Kheema, Chapati, and Biryani Rice. The price of the Thali is Rs.300/- only.
Coming to the taste of the food served, the Mutton Sukka was the most flavourful dish with adequate spices and had very tender and juicy mutton pieces. The taste of the Mutton Rassa was very nice which went well with the hot crumbled chapati. The Mutton Aalni wasn't very much impressive to me in taste, but had a very lovely home made look. The Mutton Kheema was also very complimentary in taste as it had very balanced spices which did not over power the basic taste of Mutton, a true non veg lover will surely love it.
Last but not the least, the Biryani Rice! It is the show stopper dish of the rice plate. The Biryani Rice served is a small portion of biryani itself. It comes with the Biryani masala and small chunks of tender juicy mutton. As it is made in pure ghee the taste is amazing and so can't stop you from ordering another half plate for sure!
Note: They also have an option of Mutton Masala for the Mutton Sukka and Goat Tripe for Mutton Kheema.
The overall experience was good and was value for money.

β β β β β A pocket friendly option for a local Non Veg Delicacy. We ordered a Chicken Biryani and Kheema. The quantity was great for 2 people. Also the taste of the Kheema was phenomenal. Located in the heart of Shukrwar peth, with great access. You can reach via Bajirao Road as well. After having the Chicken Biryani, we look forward to have the Mutton Biryani.
