Surrounded by shops, restaurants and schools. Good view and calm place.
Close proximity to highway and Badlapur railway station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say one more decent project by Raj group. Property has beautiful environment, clean and gives you a good vibe. Located very close to the proposed Karjat-Panvel highway on one side and Badlapur-Katai highway on another side. Gated community with very efficient security. Not very wow but I would say a very decent project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good security system, good measures taken for covid, water supply is given from time to time so you have to make sure you fill the tank and everything, decent and basic infrastructure, good environment with kids playing and people walking in the evening, spacious and clean. It has a gym, garden for kids, small ground like area to play and benches to sit, good enough parking spaces. People mind their own business. Not too noisy and everything is available nearby in stores from Gym to groceries to stationery to good cafes and restaurants.
