★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rakesh is quite decent and supportive in all the communications and ensure that you get the answers exactly the way you want it.
He has been very supportive with the process and I liked how he helped us with certain other things too related to the purchase.
The society is very good and the way painting etc. has happened now, it really looks beautiful. The best place to invest currently as it will bloom in the coming years.
NEGATIVE POINT:
If you want to rent your flat in this society, don't get associated with the guy named ADESH sitting in the Booking office. He is very unprofessional and doesn't care a bit about your requirement. He is quite arrogant and doesn't follow the timelines and requests made by you. It has been a month today and I have not got my Rent Agreement prepared by him. Even when I asked him to get the renters removed from my flat, he didn't even do that and again made false commitment. The renters didn't pay me rent on time of the very first month and he couldn't do anything about that too. You will be completely trapped if you get involved with Adesh for anything.
