★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad behaviour of staff and illiterate. nothing to know about booking system .there is no marking on seats properly.staffs doing lot of changes in allotment of seat. Don't book seat through online. take booking on the spot through agent in less price and got seat as you wish.
