The location is very remote, getting public transportation is a task in itself. If you have a private vehicle like car/bike/moped then it would be comfortable for you to stay here, otherwise it is not.
Parking space is also a concern. You wouldn't be able to keep your car inside in many of the row houses as there is no space for it, and keeping it on the road would be a hassle. The space between two opposite houses is concerning, if two cars are parked in front of houses opposite each other, then there won't be space for a third one to pass.
The roads to and in the society are simply bad. They are not maintained by the owner and looks like won’t be fixed in the near future.
