★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Paschim Vihar - Avtar Enclave franchise outlet is mismanaged and the owner does not take responsibility for the same & provided excuses for delay in delivery - 5 days for one of my products. When challenged, they present emotional reasons like we are new in the business, and many in the staff start responding rather than one person attending the customer. The quality of the dry-cleaning is poor at this outlet compared to other dry cleaners. Also as mentioned, they don't open at 8 am and thus timings suggested are false which further showcases their credibility. Extremely poor experience & would not recommend to try out.

VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES
