I had trusted tumble dry with my Rs. 20,000 Suit , pant & shirt on 7th oct under rcpt no. A315 , it was picked up by thr representative Mr. Pradeep from sector 7A, franchise.
The suit was delivered ruined , damaged pastings , open threads ( ruyein ) all over . Post complaining the suit was again picked up in oct and later forgotten til mid nov wherein i had to chase the store regarding my suit.
Again post 1 month delay and continuous chase the suit was again sent in the same condition.
Post multiple conversations with the staff and owner himself Mr. Neeraj i was agin told the suit will be sent to tumble dry noida but yet again after 2 months in total the suit today was sent in the same condition.
Somehow i am unable to post pictures in this review.
