There should be some provisions made against these fraudulent companies.
I purchased my bike whose battery failed in 10 months and now its been more than a year i have not received replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheating in after sales service. I requested for purchasing a battery replacement as my current one died. The company is asking me to bring my vehicle in a richshaw to their center in different city to replace battery. What kind of service is that? Also the price quoted for battery is more than 1.5X the one quoted at time of purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Tunwal since 2019 its Great for city travelling it is a good and comfortable bike for daily nearest way it is pollution free it is fully automatic and the brakes are very high and it has very effective price i think it's a great deal for me and my family it has a noise free riding and the battery charged very quickly all over it is a great deal. also the service is very good.
highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After selling the product dealer don't know how to provide service to customer. Before I buy a product I had already discussed about after sales service. And dealer give assurance for the same but once they sold their product the behaved like "Who R You"?
