Excellent teaching and professionalism YOGA Guru JYOTHI Garu. After joining this yoga center, my health was physically and mentally good in all aspects. I had never seen that much of commitment in any person or institute, which I had met earlier. I had strongly recommend this institute to join YOGA or Spiritual classes without any bad remarks. Thank you very much Jyothi madam for doing excellent service through online to the people/students/trainees in this pandemic situations also.

She addresses us personally,supports and encourages us throughout the session. The sessions are an all round that include warm up, stretching, yoga cardio and relaxation.
She's well trained and professional. If one's looking for the best yoga online then that's this.

Jyoti madam always paid close attention to everyone in the class and suggested corrections wherever necessary. She was always available to answer questions and shares the benefits of each of Asanas. Her directions and teaching style are very clear and easy to grasp for everyone. I have recommended her to few of my relatives and everyone enjoyed her classes. I strongly recommend Jyoti Madam and Turiya Yoga Studio.

Jyoti mam is extremely patient, detailed and pays attention to each and every student even in a group online class. Even though we are virtual, we get proper attention and instructions from her. Also, the asanas are planned such that it helps both first timers and regular practitioners and focuses on entire body.The classes are extremely helpful, It is supplemented with theory and translations of names. I have been very lucky to have come across her classes. I would give a 5 star rating and it’s a go to institute for everyone who is looking for yoga classes.
