They are really LOOTING THEIR CUSTOMERS on the name of price like on the books on which you can easily get a discount of around 50% online they don't give any discount and this sell them on MRP and if you ask them for a discount they just do a 10% discount.
If you are here to buy books for NIOS I'll recommend you to purchase them online because online you can get a far better deal than whatever they are giving you.
