★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All, I did get my smart TV repaired with a replacement of motherboard but was not told that they have to break the back side opening for accommodating the new motherboard. Only on receiving the TV i noticed. Upon enquiring, the response was 'that is how it is with New board '. Furthermore their representative told us he will take old remote as its of no use for which i was ok but instead of taking tv remote he happily taken our original Airtel DTH remote. Again response was no we haven't. Later, we found a bug which was not in earlier motherboards is a notification keeps coming saying WiFi disconnected and within seconds WiFi connected message which is making the tv watching irritating. Enquired again answer was its by default nothing can be done to avoid it. There is a solution for these things but this motherboard doesn't have it. And the so called professional has raised his hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across TV Clinic while browsing the internet and called them up for my faulty TV. I received a call from the technician the very next morning and after a very polite discussion, he clearly explained me the possible issue. Once I confirmed, a technician visited my place by afternoon to pick up my TV.
By evening I received a call from the technician. By then they had already tested the circuit board and have zeroed down on the issue. They explained me the problem and it's fix and the exact cost that will be incurred. They were kind enough to share the best practices that will help in better maintenance of the TV.
The TV was fixed the very next day and it worked absolutely fine.
I am very happy with the service provided by TV Clinic and I strongly recommend their services to anyone who has a faulty TV at home.

Abhishek explained the whole process at the very first call, pick up was done the same day, diagnosis was reported back the next day with options & recommendations and on the 3rd day, the repaired TV was back with me. Very professional and efficient service all throughout!

There happened to be a glitch after the repair, but that was fixed soon.
I would recommend for anyone having problems with their VU TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have not addressed my complaint but started advising me to change earthing, set up box, and put the TV on stabiliser. Problem remained unresolved. Not happy
Further, I still feel the TV is returned without any repair. They have this habit of advising on non existent issues than addressing the problem. The TV is getting heated on two vertical edges, due to back light issues and they are not at all on that point. Rather they advice me on earthing, stabiliser etc. Any way they got their money..
