I was definitely on the fence if I just wanted to get a new TV vs. repair my 60 inch and when I met Mukesh I felt positive about his ethic and trusted him to fix.

The technician worked on my television until it was working properly, and it was not an easy task. I was ready to give up on it, and he insisted on trying once more, and I am glad I agreed . He was determined to fix it, and he did. Prices are very reasonable. Communication and customer service was always a priority. Works well with your schedule and needs. We approached him when our TV needed fixing. He mentioned the upfront cost to check to see if it would be worthwhile going through with the repair.
Once he gave me the final cost, the work was done in time and not only did he come and pick-up and drop off the set, he also gave us a loan TV free of charge.
Highly recommend his service and he's just a nice guy overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So after reading the reviews I contacted Mr Mukesh but he is highly irresponsible and irresponsive. He never picks the call or calls back. Once his technician visited to check the TV but they weren't skilled properly. They quite clueless with the issue. Would never recommend wasting time with these guys

He explained what needed fixing and then went out of his way to come out to our house three different times in order to trouble shoot the finalize the repairs. Honestly, it's refreshing to see this kind of old school service that's both attentive and thorough. I can't recommend this company highly enough and now we're happily enjoying our LED TV in all its glory again!
