★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small showroom on crowded narrow street. But it has its own small yard to park the two wheelers. The area is not clean and the showroom as well. So only when you have decided to buy TVS product and stay in 3 KM radius it's a convenient place. I do not know why TVS showrooms are not upmarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional service. I wanted quotation for bike. They told me to give 500 advance for that also. I paid it as I wanted a quotation which will be valid for loan. Then he started asking a lot money for police verification and undertaking(which is not required).
Finally I decided to buy it from main dealer shelar at sinhgad road(they are very good with the service). Now I asked for refund of my 500. Then he stated telling a lot of nonsnese that cancellation fee is 500 and it's been more than 15 days so that I can't give you money back. Actually I gave 500 on the agreement that I will get it back anytime if I want to cancel the deal. Finally after a lot of fighting he gave it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst servicing, higher prices, i got charged of 500 extra on a new battery of my apache. Technician is not qualified. Reception is not good. I fell like they are not for our service, we are for them. If u wanna buy or service your bike, please chhose another showroom like katraj, kothrud or nanded city. Its up to u like how good service u will get. If i m a senior office in tvs, i would have closed the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality service,with friendly employee's who are ready to help the customer's if this place is near by you then it is the only destination from where you need to by your two wheeler. I just bought a new TVS Jupiter from here and I got the best service.The owner is also very friendly and will be ready to help you.I just don't know why people are giving fake review about this showroom and service center?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Viren TVS, not Samarth TVS*: I didn't get less star than this to give because of below reasons
Not good servicing and more waiting time.
Won't recommend at all to go for insurance claims if any, as it's not cashless and need to pay around 25% from total amount.
They agree to deduct 20%, but actually 25% will be deducted from total claim amount.
Instead go for cashless claims.
They keep vehicle for servicing or repair, even if parts are no available which increases waiting time.
They don't have registered GST due to which customer may face issues in billing and claim settlement.
