★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and friendly staff. The advisors are knowledgeable and they don't beat around the bush and provide correct and cost effective solution to the problems with the two wheeler. They don't charge you where not necessary. The facility is well equipped and they deliver same day service vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service... Our bike was to be handed over by 5 pm and when we reached there they asked us to wait because accessories were yet to be attached. They made us wait for an hour for delivery.
They have even made us to wait for printed invoice. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old showroom of its kind in the city irrespective of the vehicle brand. Being at a prime location, the showroom is slightly compact but maintained well. The new vehicle models are kept dust free with regular cleanliness and maintenance. Staff are courteous and soft spoken. They give precise details about the vehicle and carefully answers the queries of new customers looking to buy a vehicle. Downside is they don't reveal complete details on the mandatory and optional accessories and adds a hard price figure in the quotation, which can't be trusted. They should at least mention the individual item from the optional accessories in the quotation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really commend the showroom for customer friendly assistance, along with humble service. The place adds to our joy of buying a new vehicle, which infact needs a good mood to make effective choices. The showroom is well lit and sufficiently ventilated, which makes the atmosphere lively and you don't miss any details of showcased vehicles. The service department is also good, majorly for their time efficiency and management. Being the only showroom in city, A K Gandhi has very well kept to the brand's reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did reach you last month for an enquiry. I'm sorry to say but although your female exec was fast enough to attend to me but something else at the showroom was bothering her and she just lost track and left me mid way.
Meanwhile, what was even more interesting to see is that all the male sales guys were watching all this from the sofa in their own comfort.
TVS has become huge in India, so has A.K Gandhi in vidarbha, let's not mess it up by having such non commited employee pool. Scale up training or ... build a new team maybe?
