★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all stafff except mechanic is bad behavior and non cooperative and he give duplicate bill to customer and ask this is gst generated bill. all the employe and staff are thief they give open mobile to maximum bike they give extra cost of mobile. first and last such type of agency and service center has been closed rightnow

Workshop has lot of areas for improvement:
1. I had taken AMC for my Jupiter. During AMC don't expect workshop to do extra work in your vehicle. They take AMC only to replace engine oil(chargeable) and tightening of few screws.
2. Minor issues were not fixed which I had mentioned them. Like main stand lockpin issue which was not solved.
Headlight low beam beam was not working. They didn't change bulb.
Battery wire got rusted at terminal point and disconnected. Scooty was not taking self. I started it by making jugad. I had mentioned this during last service. The guy said it is done.
After few days scooty was not starting, I checked. The wire was not repaired.
3. The repairing guy asks money to bring small repairing material from outside.
Conclusion: If you stand beside your vehicle some work may get completed otherwise you need to take it to local mechanic who fixes all leftover issues. If this is the scenario what is the purpose to visit an authorised service center....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not all your bike repairers are good,only few of them does their job quite good. Although ,not every bike product is available on your store,repairer ask for money to buy the product from outside,which is totally Wrong,we have quality issues with that product!! Hope that you will look into this matter!!
Otherwise i think No one going to report this...but you are running a service center,or directly i can say that a business,I think you must already know how to expand your business! No need to explain that to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Trust don't even think of getting good servicing from here. They are very 3rd grade mechanics and Don't have any experience. They did service of my apache 160 and after 5hrs of waiting when I went from their workshop what I see is My screws of engine suspension and front wheel is not tighten and oil is leaking from engine. Please don't ever go to then they just charge you high but service is very poor.
