β β β β β they are good at selling their products but after sale service is pathetic, all mechanic are illiterate and do not know simple works in bike.
i visited for fixing side mirror of my Jupiter without seeing it person said it is broken you have to buy a new one, there only when i tried to fix it , it got fixed .
Really shameful to see such a big company appointments these illiterate mechanic also in the name of free services they are charging for polishing . I was an awful experience of mine at tvs Lanka service centre.

β β β β β These guys are brand showroom but their service is disgusting. I paid fully in advance for my vehicle prior two days and completed all the formalities but on the delivery day they kept me waiting for three hours for no practical reason. When the vehicle was furnished to me it was incomplete, sort of damaged and no mandatory accessories were accompanied and when I presented my grievance I was told to come after three days to resolve the same. My humble advice is that if you want to own a tvs vehicle avoid this place and go to banaras tvs.

β β β β β Fraud service centre ... They charge service cost of my vehicle of rupees 390 and they change chain of the vehicle and charge rupees 150 more over that.. I never recommend this in future and they simply say it's norm of the company. I PERSONALLY SUGGEST ITS BETTER TO GO BANARAS TVS INSTEAD OF ADITYA NARAYAN TVS

β β β β β I'm disappointed to the core, it's a shame on the name of Aditya Narayan and their legacy.
Terribly Bad and Saddening Customer Relationship. I recently purchased a new TVS Jupiter from their showroom.
They charged me around 4500 in the name of original accessories and they delivered the scooty with duplicate accesories.
They provided me with Ntorq mat of even low quality. Poor scooty gaurd with no company logo and that too of old model.
their salesman first pleaded and forged me to buy accessories from them as they sell original and now they've simply fitted low quality things.
Saddening to see, how this dealer and it's management looting the poor customer.
When I complained for the same with the salesman who provided me bike, he is now just passing days by saying that after 2 days I'll Change, accesories are not available.
Even Seatcover is of poor quality. They're not good at customer handling.
Will never ever recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from here.

No any helpful and responsible person in service center.untrend engineer work thair .parts also not available thair .so many days they take in repairing vehicle.no any job card make in service center.if 2000/- expenses in rapair your vehicle,they make 4000/- and parts also make damage deuring repairing work, reason untrend eng.i am weeping for repair vehicle in service center.So I requested to service center owner and tvs company,if you have not trend Eng,you closed you center

β β β β β I went for the enquiry of Apache 310 RR but, the receptionist girl was busy on mobile and the sales boy was simply refused, that we are not selling the bike with rude behavior. This is disappointing me. Worst TVS Agency in India.

β β β β β Worst service centre. My scooty was not even starting after only two days of servicing. Employees do not listen to what the customer has to say. Lastly I had to change the battery from a local mechanic.
