★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased TV's jupiter in 2018 and from the first day the self is not working.then I went to the service centre for the above complaint but my complaint can't resolve then I meet with Mr Praveen same thing I had discussed with him and he said it's a battery problem he had changed the battery but after a month again the same problem arise again and again and I had also talked me Monu ,Shahid but nobody is able to understand my problem .5 times TV's jupiter service has done from the service centre but nobody will understand the problem.and lastly I fade up with your services and went to a private service centre and he said the coil is damaged then I went and purchased this part for RS 1784/-from your service centres and the is working properly.so your can't know where is the fault or else those people were telling lie.so pls don't go there for service your vehicle.because they people know how to take money but don't know how to service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Zero in punctuality. Lack of skilled mechanics. Looks like they are training new comers on your vehicle without even supervision. Charging you for wash and polish but quality is terrible. No test drive or checklist before delivery of vehicle. 20 bucks on sanitisation of vehicle that covers sanitisation of handles only. Wasted my day and money both. I would advise customers to check if parts and oil is changed genuinely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience as they doesn't have premium TVS motorcycles also the receptionist doesn't bother to sell us something he's just passing his time, owner must do something, I visited there for a apache rr310, but they doesn't have one, also the guy over there doesn't have any knowledge about the bike and we also asked him that whether he can arrange for us, he said that it is not available in bhopal you have to go to Indore for buying that bike, we don't sell it here neither we can arrange .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service(maha ghatiya) total waste of my time and money. That mechanic who serviced my bike i feel like he was new and unskilled, the condition of my bike got worse than before, there service advisor make fool me and fudged me.
