i am never trust TVS brand and Chetak TVS dont vist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for Jupiter. We agreed upon some discount. Before finalizing price, they assured us the availability of our choice of color and model. But after price discussion, at the time of booking they told they can't garuntee the delivery on the day we agreed. Next day they called us that your model is ready but they can't give discount now, although they agreed and confirmed. They shouldn't give us the discount if they didn't actually wanted to give. In the first meeting Chetak guy told us about no discounts, they should have stick to that. A little bad experIience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. They have a cowboy attitude when it comes to customer service. I wanted to buy a helmet. Since it was a Sunday, I called them upfront and asked specifically if I can BUY a helmet from them today. They confirmed, but once I got there, I was told to come back on Monday. Upon mentioning the phone call, their shameless response was "We thought you had taken delivery of a vehicle and wanted to get the helmet that is provided with it". They even had the audacity to blame it on me by saying "You should have clarified". This inspite of me mentioning in no uncertain terms on the phone call that "I want to BUY a helmet". Imagine buying a vehicle from here and getting stuck with this kind of service.
