I am overwhelmed by their overall customer service, friendly staff, proper reception and their cooperation in every aspect. This is far better experience for me this time compared to my experience of bike purchase from honda showroom.

Doesn't have a good clean toilet.
Prices are comparable
.very much casual and reluctant when you go there for service. Doesn't at all care for the customer's time.
Insufficient manpower and staff. Entrance not welly decorated.
If you give them for service then you might come back losing some parts or incomplete service that also after 4.5 long hours waiting
