★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I had gotten my scooty serviced a month ago and it stopped accelerating out of nowhere. I contacted the showroom service manager and he assured me pick up from my place for another service. I never heard from him after that. Even after me calling him again and again, he kept making false promises of getting the scooty picked up. Eventually, i had to get it fixed from a local shop who told me there was dirt stuck in the carburetor's filter and the engine cooling filter. The showroom didn't even do the ONLY thing for which we give our scooty to them to service. Utter disappointment. Will file a complaint against them. The name of the manager is Ashok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst scooty making company and the worst staff. They ask you by calling after the service and ask how's you're scooty? But when you go to the service centre for the problem they assure you that they'll take care but they don't. They just give your scooty back just like how it was in the same condition before the swrvice. TVS jupiter and and it's service is the worst here and the employees too don't give a damn. Must have gone for activa 5g. Regrets all around
