★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this dealer. God knows only how such a big brand is dealing with a person whose words worth nothing.
I booked a TVS Apache 160 4v double disc bike on 8/5/2018 with a commitment from him that it will be delivered within a week but after a weeks time every day he made a new promise regarding delivery. At last on 25/5/2018 he promised to deliver vehicle and asked us to come Showroom at 11am. I approached but with the same excuse that bike is not available right now but today we will not close Showroom without delivering it to you. We again reached Showroom by 8pm. Around 10 pm after waiting for 2 hours vehicle arrived but shocking to know that it was not that what we ordered. It was with single disc brake and what the horrible justification he suggested us that take this and after 3-4 days we will change its rear tyre and modify it to double disc. Listening this we immediatly cancelled our booking because we went there to purchase genuine bike from dealer not the assembled one. TVS should take this seriously as one of his dealer in his workshop offering modified bikes in the name of original brand.
Our second issue was that as we were sitting there for 2 hours and no one informed us that one which he is going to deliver us is not that what we ordered. He tried to cheat us all the time that your bike is going to be delivered today.
We had around 15 different vehicles of different brands during our life but never met such an irresponsible dealer who everytime misguided us about exact delivery date even after the span of 17 days.
