★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of the showroom staff is ok. But after the purchase the service provided by the service centre is pathetic. Greedy for the money. Employees and service manager just want to loot your hard earned money. I recently went to service centre for the replacement of my bike rear brake pad, the cost of brake pad was 216 and Mr Mishra, the manager or service centre wants 200 as the replacement charges. I got it done for 50 rs at a local repair shop.
Previously an agent from showroom called for service of the bike, she said service charge is 550 and when the service of bike was done, Mishra charged me 800 and no one was ready to listed. Pathetic service centre of TVS. Better go to chunni ganj for all works and service. Worst experience with TVS India motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointing me .....They will make you Happy while selling but if it will come to servicing, the after sale service is the worst and cheap...My new bike rr310.....tvs flagship bike ....but everyday new prblm arise ....diskpad noise , RH pulling, engine malfunction, throttle zero.....now right side indicator not working....new bike ka ye haal h ....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst showroom I've ever seen. The folks that work here are con artists. I purchased a TVS Jupiter from this showroom 10 months ago, and since then, the headlight fuse has been faulty, the tail light has stopped working, and after 6 months, the mechanic forgot to put mobile oil in the engine, resulting in choking, for which I had to pay ₹7500 out of pocket. The Brainy manager told us to bring the scooty to the showroom as soon as the motor was destroyed, without even mentioning the repayment of the fees that I had to pay out of pocket. Bro the scooty's engine was choked, and instead of sending a towing truck, he wanted me to get it toed. Today, the accelerator has been broken(Just 10 months). They even stole one of my scooty's mirrors while fixing it. At the very least, they could have expressed an interest in repairing it.
Please do not waste your hard-earned money by visiting this showroom and purchasing a vehicle. Such a horrible experience. I have never seen such issues with any of my other Vehicles. I would have given them a rating of -5 had it been thr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People working there are nice, polite, and professional. I purchased TVS Raider from there only in 20 minutes. But service department is not up to the mark. The person who did service of my bike was in too much hurry for no reason. Also the washing not done properly. But after I told them about it they again washed it properly.
