β β β β β Not a very good experience. It's least recommend for someone. The service centre mechanics are not knowledged. They break your functional things and later ask for charges for that

β β β β β It has been very good experience with the tvs showroom. The delivery process was very smooth. Mr Sridhar explained all the benefits and usage very well. We received the order within 3 days of time being a demanded product. The commitment of the dealer was fulfilled.We did a trial drive too.
We would recommend others for the store to experience the easy go buy...

Booked apache RTR 200 4v on 02/05/2022 and by 06/05/2022 i recieved it, the guy whom i contacted while booking the bike told bike will be available in 10 to max 15 days
So happy to receive it before time within 4 days...highly recommend for good buying experience

β β β β β Very bad service centre. My new two wheeler started having running issues after the service. I have called TVS road side assistance team. They inspected and told me that excessive engine oil level causing blockages in filters. I don't know if these people do such mistakes intentionally or by negligence. Even after-purchase support was very bad as reported by other reviews as well. Avoid the service centre and dealer in all ways possible.

β β β β β 1 ltr petrol taken away during service ( see attached proof). Scooter has run 2000kms and service cost was 1550/-. Cost of maintenance per KM if you take here is same or more than that of car. Scooter had no problem whatsoever, spark plug changed, clutch overhauling, some fancy 3M products also billed. I am going to local mechanic hereafter. Bought Jupiter over Activa to encourage Indian products, deeply distrustful TVS service.
