★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't even give one star if I had the option. So, I have a TVS Scooty Zest 110. I met with a small accident 2 months ago and gave the scooty here for repair. I had insurance, it was claimed within 2 days. It's been 2 months and they have done no work on my scooty. Absolutely no work. Wonder what a commoner with one vehicle has to go through if they buy a TVS vehicle. We kept calling the person concerned and he kept telling us that they are not getting the parts. I mean in 2 months you can bloody import the parts from whatever corner of the world TVS vehicle parts are made in. How stupid is it that you create the vehicles, but not the parts. They are dishonest and rude people and have absolutely no regard for the customer.
