★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lie a lot to get their work done on everything. My Scooty Number allotted to me after 1 month that Too after asking them for Many Times. Every single person in that showroom is busy giving you false commitments. I was asked to change my Aadhar card address, they changed the address of Aadhaar card and that too wrongly.The address of the Aadhaar card was only edited on photoshop and given to me.My finance file was already deposited but they were lying that your file has not been submitted yet. And for my scooty number they were repeatedly saying that tomorrow it will come. They have charged many things wrongly. Not a good experience please check reviews and take feedbacks from the experience persons before going to this showroom. Because they will fool you very easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such unresponsible n arrogant staff they have. It has been 2 year since i purchased jupiter from this branch. N due to their irresponsible behaviour they misplaced my RC. From past 1 nd half year I am regularly asking them to provide me RC. Nd now they are asking me file a fake missing complaint of RC in police station.

I want to highlight a fraud happened with me by Manchanda TVS phase 7 Industrial area sales agency.your sales executive Priya Dharma, She is a big time fraud, she given me a quotation of a TVS Jupiter scooter( Photo attached). I need to pay ₹ 3650 EMI for 24 months & the extra I WILL PAY TO TATA CAPITAL WOULD BE EPX.21110. BUT WHEN I CONTACT TO TATA CAPITAL I CAME TO KNOW THAT I NEED TO PAY AN EMI OF ₹ 4070. NOW THE TOTAL EXTRA COST INCREASED TO 10080 SO FOR THE BLOODY JUPITER (THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE TO BUY A TVS PRODUCT AND THAT IS FROM MANCHANDA TOO).SHE IS A FRAUD IF SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE THE EMIS.SHE SHOULD ASK TO THE FINANCIAL COMPANY.WE HAVE TO RUN BEHIND TO THESE SENSELESS & UNPROFESSIONAL TO GET OUR NUMBER & RC.EVEN AFTER A MONTH WE DIDN'T GET BILL OF OUR SCOOTER. NO ONE IS ALSO NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT US.YOUR MANAGER RAJNISH IS TOTALLY USELESS RESOURCE AT MANCHANDA.I WILL POST THIS ENTIRE CONTENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA SO EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE & SHOULD NOT BUY ANY TVS PRODUCT.bogus

always had to call myself to remind them to give my high security number plate and they applied my rc after 2 months of buying the vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too baad experience, receptionist is in sleepy mode, not able to talk @3pm in afternoon. No staff is available on 31st March for sales. I think TVS management and Dealer Principal have to look on these issues, or else they have to close this dealership.
