★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service station of TVS ever been to. The advisors are so unprofessional in their work, they just take a ride and assume the jobs in your vehicle. Plus the mechanics ohhh my god. They call them professional? I guess the road side local mechanics are better than them. During the last service of my jupiter, the mechanic left the oil drain nut open and on my way towards home all the oil drained out. I raised a complaint next day to consumer court and then the Matrix Motor's Manager calls me up and asks for forgiveness and also promises me to give me one free service and free oil as a compensation to their negligence. So today, I went for my due service that too after taking an appointment on previous day. I reach there at around 10 in the morning and they keep me waiting till 6 in the evening (whereas the manager had mailed me promising that he will treat me as a priority). Let's leave this aside, I thought the longer I'll wait the better service I'll get, but when I came home I thought of checking the bill and I see that they have charged me for oil replacement despite of it being free. And when I compared my previous bills with the current one I notice something that is, they charge you for battery terminals in every bill. For those who don't know, battery terminals are like positive and negative plug-ins which don't need replacement on every service. And also lot of strange things. They are just thugging us I would say. Extremely rude, mean and irresponsible staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff never come on time to do the work if your scooty is not working you have to keep on calling them. They are the most busy, it's going to be because they don't give proper service. They repaired my vehicle and within 20 days again it stopped working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very verybad experience. I purchased Jupiter 125 top model on 30 Dec. The product kept on display in the showroom which I liked so much that I paid entire price on the same day, and booked the bike. The sales person promised to give the selected model with number plate within 10 days. However as promised he could get the bike registered in time and I had no option but to take delivery after 14 days BUT I was shocked to learn that the bike alloted to me was different from the bike shown in the showroom. I had selected Jupiter 125 with a kick and the bike alloted was without kick. When I complained about this the sales person is not bothered at all and even the representatives of the dealer with whom I spoke. There is no bootlight also. The company's cataloged shows boot light available but the sales person says company shows it for advertising actually nothing comes this is cheating. I really feel cheated. I wanted with the kick but I ended up without a kick. If I would have known that they show something and give something I would have not gone for Tvs bike not recommended at all.
