★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service for scooty zest, serviced it multiple times with bills way over Rs 1000 for engine startup problems. In the last service they advised to change the battery, even then it fails to startup even after 1 hour of trying with autostart as well as kick start. Everyday we need to allocate 1 hour for starting the vehicle. Called the service center multiple times complaining about this, and they say they will send the engineer to the residential address, but they never show up. Never do any business with TVS, the worst services in entire industry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased JUPITER 125Cc from TVS Mercury Motors and went straight to Ganesh Tekdi..... Vehicle stopped at Ram Jhulla which is just 4kms from their showroom.... Even after paying so much for the vehicle they don't even provide minimum fuel through which u can ride a destination of 4kms... Had to toe my brand new showroom vehicle along with my wife and son in this scorching heat.... Really very embarrassing moment... Disappointed with MERCURY TVS, Chapru Chowk, Nagpur

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting and Very poor services, zero comunication, no empathy and courtesy towards customer. The representative at service shop just laugh and blame us for not being prompt while telling the problems. Fake promises, wrong information is given. No work is ever completed in time. Overall the worst service station and showroom with bekar and noncoperative and arrogant staff specially the manager guy. Definitely going to consumer court and if possible will file a police complaint too.

We are noticed oil leaking from the engine we reported at service center thay replay its major issue in engine & estimated costs up to 8 - 10000 Rs. It's takes 3 to 4 days.
1) very poor warranty service
2) all of service center staff non technical knowledge
3) work shop manager / Adviser not only fresher also non technical.
4 ) No one have knowledge about how to diagnoses customers issue.
Non technical person handle our vehicles , ones of available staff diagnoses our scooty pep issue & reported to Adviser some of nut - bolts loose no major issues
Other one reported tappet adjustment required.
But issue is Other. As per our knowledge and experience Main issue is EXHAUST ASSEMBLY internal spot welding
failure its a genuine manufacturing defects. To be replaced under warranty.
After 1 & half months service center not available required Spare parts till date and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst showroom. Don't purchase from here.
1. The staff is rude and do not have knowledge
2. Prices are higher than other show rooms believe me I bought from a smaller showroom and the price difference is of whopping 3 thousands.
3. Servicing is too poor. My aunt bought from here and they didn't even provide a timely servicing.
4. They will just fool you by saying they are giving you company accessories. They provided just 6month warranty over accessories to my aunts Jupiter, while I got 3 years warranty from other showroom on my accessories even in lesser price.
Final words : This showroom should be shut down or the staff should be changed and prices should be standardized.
