★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, pls don't buy jupiter zx 110cc bs6, From day 1, I am going through much pain in heart, at first speedometer digital not working, rectified by them, after 200 km usage started abnormal noise and vibration from its body, went to service visit for rectification, they rapaired, but I was not satisfied fully, after 100 km usage again abnormal sound coming today and foot rest area vibrating, I can't explain the pain and disappointment of my new scooty, My humble request to my well wishers, Pls don't buy Jupiter 110cc bs6, it's having a lot of problems, not only me other users also facing issues, pls find pics of other users review posted on zig wheels , I don't know my issue will get rectified or not, I need refund, I don't wish to use this scooty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was touring from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam on my brand new RR310 and had to visit the service due to an accident caused by the road condition that broke my alloy wheels. The service personnel here worked with haste to help resolve my situation to procure a spare wheel inspite of not having it on stock and replaced it within two days. The customer care was respectful of my situation and I saved being stuck at the place or from the need to speed a fortune to truck my bike back to Bangalore. Hope they keep up the positivity with customers and create better system to address such issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only been there once, that's today 21 Feb 2022 and the customer response is so worst. Let me explain what happened exactly, as soon as i entered one guy came over and he just stand there without asking anything, okay that's not an issue, I said I came to see TVS iqube and he said ok and just stands there. He only responds and answers if u ask a question, never explains about the product. Like what's it's range?, his reply 75 that's it. Is that real world range? Yes, which I think is not. So I have asked two or three questions and I left the place. Even if I wanted to buy the scooter, with this kind of response from sales persons, I just don't want to. It's not always about building a great product, it's always about how u market that product which attracts most of the customers.
