★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tvs product as far quality is concerned are reliable and one of the best in market, but its there service which is impacting the overall score to ZERO. as specially in case of OM SHAKTI TVS BETUL the bunch of people given responsibility to run the franchise are very unprofessional in their role and attitude, for them it took a year to Provide RC of our vehicle also a single document they are asking 100 times to hide their uprofessionalism and putting that on customer. if this will go on TVS dream to go past Honda will remain a dream only which wont be happen in reality if they will not improve the quality of service at customer end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer my experience with om shakti TVS betul.is not good.staf is very lazy not active they always intrested to do gossips.not in work and I saw there is not enough space to park vehicle.if you send your vehicle they will give it so many scratches on the vehicle.TVS motor vehicle is very good but customer service is not good specially in Dis.Betul.

It is not starting at one self click (Phle 15 days bhi use nhi karte the to issue nhi karti thi.........ab jab se servicing karvani hai dikkat aane lagi hai)...........too bad work
Washing was too bad.......
Staff is too lazy & not interested to do work or check tvs.
