only distributor of TVS in bhagalpur... and the behavior of staffs is not good... does know how to deal with customer... if you like the brand TVS than you have no any other option... i personally suggest to go for other place to buy... at least you will be satisfied with you purchase and deal you are getting... service is very poor and too slow... because of lots of customer... they just change the engine oil... and do nothing by themselves... you have to pay extra to the worker for proper service of bikes...

Pathetic behaviour of staff especially the owner who is way too rude and doesn't know how to how to deal with customers. Waiting time there is way too long and no one will ask you even for a glass of water. Worst part is this is the only showroom in bhagalpur so if u like tvs like I do you will have to go there only but one thing is for sure if they don't improve their behavior they will close soon and be gone for good. ??

The showroom limits itself to bikes upto 200cc not above that as they don't have the set up for the service of any bike above that. The only reason why I opted out of RR310

Worst customer services I ever had in my entire life.I have bought today a bike and the way they treat their customer is pathetic 1.worst customer service 2.dont attend customer 3.if you buy bike from them then you have to take all the accessories otherwise they don't sell you bike. 4.they forcefully make you to take all the accessories cause they are the only authorised dealer in city. So customer have no choice which they know that and take advantage of that. 5.they won't give you purchase Bill at same day. 6.charge you over priced RTO cost. 7.over price insurance. 8.so many hidden charges they apply with not valid reason. 9.servicing is top worst can't trust. 10.I request to all buy at your own risk. 11.I will definitely raise this issue to other platforms and government portal, grievance department,TVS Motors,consumer forum. 12. At last I feel cheated from this purchase. Worst feeling so far. so be ware.

Of all the service centers I am servicing till date, this service center is the worst. Replaces more parts than is needed. And that's a lot of bad behavior. They are not costumer friendly. Here everyone considers himself the owner of the company. If I could give negative mark, I would have given negative mark . Why TVS don't take any action on this? TVS is known for its excellent servicing. But not Here !

I have tvs apache 1604v abs 2019 model. I'm completed my 8th service from Rameshwaram Enterprises tvs service center Bhagalpur (Bihar). I'm paying 7400rs(two labour costs charged i don't know why,and also some extra charges like handle allignment (460rs) break caliper service (360rs) and nothing changes) But I'm not satisfied because after service engine noise more increased.. I ask to service man some engine noise is their like tik-tik-tik-tik but he told to me no problem in running position sound will be gone..! But after 10-15 km bike running sound is more increased..then after two days i go another service center because sounds is too much noisy..and he solved . So i have very bad service experience because... I'm neglect every my nearest service center..and im go 80km far a way for specially best service but not satisfied. Very poor experience..!
