i hope Google give us minus rating. Pathetic Sales and Service. Please do not buy any vehicles from here. These are useless people. never care about customer satisfaction. i bought tvs Jupiter before 6 months they are still not clear my RC BOOK & show attitude to customer..

I wish there was a negative star option. Absolutely horrible place. Please don't go there for service atleast.The place is an absolute scam. Don't know about new purchase. TVS Apache RTR 160 2008 Summary: 1. No inward on accepting bike for service. 2. Didn't even check the bike and returned the bike saying there are no issues. 3. Stole my petrol, atleast 3L 4. Charged me money saying it was serviced as instructed. 5. No bill was provided for the service Details: Absolutely disgusting service. I placed my RTR 160 for fuel tank and carburettor draining, cleaning and servicing as the tank had trapped some rain water (due to cap issues) which had mixed with the petrol hence the engine wasn't running as it should. The following are the issues that I experienced with this service. 1. When I put my bike for service, no inward was provided even when I insisted. The only paper I was given was a visitng card on which I had to manually write my battery no. and other things. 2. After service, the center claimed that the issue wasn't there at the first place, meaning there was no water in the petrol tank which is absolutely false as I had checked the petrol sample before service which showed significant amount of water (about 5 drops in 50 ml). 3. The center claimed that the bike hardly had 1.5L of petrol, which is again false as I had it just refueled it and it had atleast 6L of petrol. A proof of that is when I turned it in for service, the pertol valve was in 'ON' condition which on receiving it back was in 'RESERVED' position. Anyone who has an Apache knows it has a reserved petrol of about 2L. So clearly, a lot of petrol was stolen. I didn't make a fuss out of it and let it go assuming that it may have been spoilt and better to put in new petrol. 4. I was charged 200 INR for the service (which is way too low for the concerned work as the same work has been done earlier and I know the quote). Also no receipt was provided for the same. 5. Ignoring everything I received the bike considering the problem is solved. After a day, the same issue resurfaced and the bike stopped working midway. On suspecting the same cause, when the petrol sample was checked, it still showed water meaning the service center didn't really do anything at all, charged me for it and even rejected the fact that there was an issue. Finally, this morning I serviced it myself because I couldn't trust TVS service anymore and guess what!!! I extracted about 50 ml of water, rust and some other dirt out of 2L or so that was in the tank. Also it is hard to believe that water may have re entered the tank as the issue arose just a day after the bike was received from the service station and was not exposed to rains or washing during the time. This picture is of the petrol sample after issue resurfaced.The liquid bubble in the petrol is water.

There are not good service provided to customer as well as shop decoration is also bad customer retention is not good

There technical staff don't have adequate knowledge to identify the issues of the vehicle. My father have purchased vehicle just 18 to 20 months back and after 4 months it started showing issue minimum once in a month. Unfortunately they could not able to solve the issue. I will never suggest anyone to purchase vehicle from this place and also never give for servicing.

Kindly note ..if you are owner of Apache RR 310 Dont service your bike here.. staff is good but not knowledgeable for re 310 servicing.

This tvs showroom I guess is one the best service centre in whole Vadodara, it is one of the cheapest centre also, I had gone for the service of my tvs apache rtr 160 2valve per cylinder bike, the cost of the general service was 390 here, cheap as compared to other showrooms in Vadodara and which offered services from 460rs and 472rs but this one was one of the cheapest here, also the bike was serviced properly. I got the bike after 2.5hrs which was shining very brightly and had all the improper malfunctions improved, I was very much impress Ed by their services. The sales person and the service person was also very nice to me, they were very helpful and listened to all my complaints with proper ease and setup. I had my brakes wreaked and weaken, the mechanic came and saw all the brakes and the disc brake and the drum brake, and checked the mirrors, rare view mirror and back view mirror and were very comfortable and checked them properly, I had also got my chain service done. The owner of the shop was also very nice to me, he had offered various sweet talks and talked of his home place and entangled us all in his talks and asked us if we would like to have something to eat and was a very polite person, overall it was a very nice experience for me
