★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not every workers know what they are doing, very casual approach by few workers, lack of professionalism, not a very good working environment, few of the staffs are good. Partly satisfied.
Suggestions: need to be professional, workers must not be too friendly and talkative during working hours. Must maintain hierarchy. Too casual to handle the bike own by third party, need to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre I have ever seen. Completely unprofessional on job what are they doing. No proper communication between sevice section, spare section and administration. Administration doesn't have any information about the job carried out, job due list, spare due list. Very poor management skill is completely ruined the service centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much painful experience. You never get your Bike, Scotty in same day service. For parts feetings also you need to book date and after that they take 1 day to fitting your bike or scooty parts.
Very poor staff in behavior. Few times service center will not respond your phone call for day. If any company person read my post try to improve the service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average service center of TVS. The service center is located at very near to Sinthirmore CIT. They have good washing facility for the two wheelers. Mechanics of the work shop are trained but not every single one. So need to verify the person who is given the responsibility to service your vehicle. Behavior of the staffs are not so good. Need not to expect also. Advisors are OK. But they may try to put your vehicle with unexpected jobs to make your bill higher to increase their profit. They have AMC facility. That is economic if you want a regular servicing for through out thr year. Most irritating thing here is they don't accept any card payment.
