★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife's scooty broke down about 2 kms from the centre.. Wanted help to bring back the vehicle for repairs.. But due to low manpower service centre expressed inability.. So no one came.. Finally had to arrange for myself.. So pls don't be dependent on service centre

Reasonable cost in consumable, supervisors of this service centre are very careful.
Most I loved that, the CC tv cameras, customer can view what happened with their vehicle.

Cons:
Here I am listing them , I was thinking of giving 1 star but gave 2 ..
1. The behavior of caretakers are very bad
2. Strange rule that owner can not stand beside when doing the servicing.
I donno how can we know if they have changed something or not
3. In my one time coming, I saw they released a bike whose break was kept open in 1604v ...
Please rate what kind of irresponsible they are.
Please TVS we love your bikes but please get rid of these basic services.
One more thing I wanna add.. Panagarh GS motors is way better in terms of behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful, good behaviour. Service is a bit slow. There is a waiting room with a screen that shows service stations inside, so you can watch your bike go through the steps.
