★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this showroom 3 times. Each time I had to face disgusting behavior of staff. I saw the bad reviews here about this showroom but TVS is not taking any action against it and that is very disappointing. The service staff named Kamal das a very arrogant person who doesn't know what the term servicing means. Or what the term customer means. Just to answer a simple question by a customer... When will I get my vehicle... He was so irritated that he ordered his service worker to stop the work midway and give back our scooter. He screamed at me and misbehaved. I could have gone and filed complaint but I was scared of their behavior. If nobody takes action against this I am going to publish my experience in media. People should be aware of this showroom of goons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just asked for money to book a bike. its ok but when i want to know when i will get my bike? they dont clear this out!!! " its take some month" its the answer... and also said that you have to book a bike over 2000 rs payment and its not refundable too....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No assistance from staff. Raider is not available but they are taking advance saying waiting period is 1 month. It has been more than 44 days and now thay are saying it is still not in stock.
Customer care bhi cheater he, complaint krne par khud hi system se complaint solve krke message bhej dete he.
