Worst part is service ,no adequate staff
They will change oil and do water wash will give vehicle nothing else
Worst post sales service . Try other company service is most important..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought TVS NTORQ 125 3 months ago. They didn't provide me any number plate till today worst customer service ever very upset the staff, they say they will call and never call, when I went to the showroom asked they said I didn't have time waste people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the first sight the showroom looks like fish market to me.. nothing in the show room organized properly . No one concerned about customer query , very reluctant to answer for what we have asked . All I have asked is about RTR 200 is available or not and can I get a quote for it. The responses are weird . One says that is not available , the other says we don't deal that product or model. They are suggesting alternatives to go vizag and visit TVS showroom there . If they give alternatives what is the point of keeping a showroom here . I have not asked for a rare model or so. Common sense and basic information is very much missing in the showroom. Being a authorized showroom can't you get a product procured from nearest showroom if you don't have one ?? What a shame... Single word to explain the showroom is Worst.

My Personal Review about Our VIZIANAGARAM TVS showroom Pavansekhar TVS...
Dealership is now completely good and the best in all types of in 2 wheeler segments.
Showroom look also completely changed.
Service Machanic also well trained to clear any type of complaints.
