New staff is trained and well equiped. Though the inbuilt service centre lacks space but if the include the underground facilty, it could be easily compensated.

Don't understand the value of time and have no responsibility for servicing.
I would recommend not to go for for servicing after the purchase of your two wheeler cause of the inexperienced behavior of the workers.
And try to hide thier flaws even after when we try to show it to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and after sales service is 0.i have purchased an ntorq 1 month ago and i got very bad service .The staffs are nor behaving well with customers they are showing their rude behaviour towards customer especially one guy named parida from service is showing very bad behaviour! I am giving my opinion all to not purchase motorcycles from this place! They are not hearing anything from customer about the vehicle and returning the vehicle of the customers!
