Service experience is not good for me... Specially, their behaviour is most irrigating and showroom authority has no response about the customers & paper progress is too slower..

They are true cheater.They will say some amount before you purchase and then during the day of purchase they keep on adding amount by showing some nonsense excuses. Please do not pay them any booking or advance amout before purchasing day. Get all the minute details price before purchse else they will bluff you it's happens in both T.N auto,kona and Dasnagar branch. For example they charged me ntorq 125 cc glovebox Rs 650 the actual company cost is rs.274 . Actual cost of scratch guard is 2295 but they are charging in between rs. 3500 to rs. 4000 now you can understand the level they cheat on us. They even provide worst insurance company policy where you can't claim properly. In kona branch all the stuff work together to cheat or loot people expecially 2 guys 1. Sanat(manager) and his 1 chamcha... all are same. Better goto AT TVS in hoogly.They are genuine guys.I had made a great mistake and purchased from TN TVS,Kona. I have ended up paying much extra bugs. Please be aware i am not doing any ads for AT TVS.I am supporting who is genuine.

I purchased a TVS Raider-Disc 125 Wicked Black having Chassis no. MD625AF97N1C55148, Engine no- AF9CN1454479 on 6th April, 2022. On axis bank finance from T.N. AUTO, BALTIKURI, AMTA ROAD, HOWRAH, (WB). PIN- 711113. I am writing this letter to explain how an authorized TVS showroom has cheated me with the money I have paid for the bike and is harassing me till date for the same. First of all, the showroom executive had told me that the ex-showroom price of the bike is 92000/- and as this bike is an exclusive model so, I have to pay 110000/- in total as on-road price, which will include all the charges including RTO. Then I have paid 30000/- Rupees via NEFT and 5000/- and 700/- for B to B insurance in cash (on request by the cashier to give in cash) as the down-payment. Then they have instantly given me 4 hand written bills mentioning my name without even calculating the rest amount that I have to pay through finance and till date I have not get any computer-generated invoice from the showroom, when I called them twice for the bill they have talked very rudely and told me that it will take time have patience. When I asked them for the finance calculations, they computed me 91400/- rupees. I was shocked thinking that if I give down payment of 35000/- and the on-road price of the vehicle is 110000/- and if all the additional charges are included in the on-road price of the bike then the rest amount on finance must have to be 75000/- rupees (approx.) which I have to pay, why 91400? when I ask them for the breakup amount calculations, they have given me a rough calculation which is mentioned below- 1. Processing fee – 2995/- 2. 2. Documents – 1510/- 3. PDD Charge – 480/- (Executive Can’t explain when asked) 4. Stamp Duty - 10/- 5. Fittings – 5000/- (while I have not even fitted anything extra other than the accessories come by default by the company (Saree guard, Leg guard and Side Mirrors and Tool Kit.) But they have also mentioned 1950/- as fitting charges on the hand written invoice, what is the meaning of two different amounts charged for the same thing.) 6. Hypo – 5000/- 7. Number Plate LRC - 975/- 8. 3050/- for 5 Years warranty on engine (after having a conversation with the customer care they told me that it is already provided by the company without any extra charges.) After receiving the bike, I called TVS Customer Care to confirm the EX-showroom price in Howrah District. They have told me it is 89781/- Now, I clearly understand that the TVS showroom have cheated me and taken more money on the EX-showroom price, on the Fittings, on Hypo and on many more other hidden charges and after all that I am damn sure that they will make several changes in the final invoice and represent in front of me to misguide. I request TVS to take immediate and strict action on this case otherwise I will have to take legal action on this and sue a fraudulent harassment case in consumer forum against TVS.
