★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I bought jupiter from uttam TVS. After first service it is giving missing problem which nobody was able to solve. Can not explain whole exp. But it was very very bad. Pathetic staff. Very unprofessional. If you scream at them they will scream back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was good, but now the services and behavior are very bad. I would suggest you to not go there for your 2 wheelar service. The attitude of staff here needs to be changed. I have taken AMC which includes 4 pick and Drops, But UTTAM TVS Representative refused for the same. After 2 weeks now the engine started to make noise, although my scooter had gone through their PMS parts changed 2 months ago. Now I am feeling cheated. I have recommended Jupiter to my 3-4 friends earlier, henceforth I will tell everyone that it is a shot scooter. I also not recommend to you for this dealer and company as well.

Worst staff.
I will suggest everyone not to come here.
No proper washing is done.
No proper service.
They said they will give my vehicle by 4:30 and they gave me a call at 6:20.
Please do not visit this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my tvs wego serviced at uttam tvs. Here is my experience of the service delivery.
Service booking: i found the charming girl at the reception extremely polite and patient at answering my queries regarding cost breakup and also reminding me of the service. I noticed that she took inititative and supervised the staff to hasten their work.
The guy at the counter who takes the bookings was transparent regarding the costs and answered all queries regarding the breakup to my satisfaction.
Kush the guy who serviced my vehicle did a good job and fixed all the kinks in the vehicle as conveyed to him.
I wasn't pressurized into buying parts i didnt want or parts that weren't required.
So service delivery was quite good.
My only recommendation would be that when they polish the vehicle they should also use a dry cloth to clean it as the polish leaves a bad residue on the customer's hands when you drive the vehicle.The other thing they should fix is keeping the customer lounge a bit cleaner (as i found it dirty at 9am when i arrived). Also the wifi password that the customer could use wasn't working. Other than a few areas of improvement the team did a good job at service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only three mechanics available at a time yesterday and their is no que system. The mechanics pick vehicle who came after me . The receptionists accepts all orders without estimating the turn around . The quality of service is questionable, how can three staff service hundred vehicle in few hours. Their is no floor supervisor to regulate the process. I waited for more than two hours and came back without service. The service center is in basement cramped and space . Overall very poor service bt tvs group
