★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for rent in Building No. 8 Flat no. 18 for 2 years, the interiors were old and we did mention this to the owner before we occupied. No repair or maitenance were done of the equipments. If you occupy you are expected to repair all faults. After having stayed for 2 years, when we planned to move out, the landlord ripped us of our deposit to repair and replace all their old fixtures. Please be aware of this, be warned before occupying this said flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenants who want to move to Building no 8, Room no 18, Twinkle Star Society, please be aware that there is bad phone network issue, you will not get your phone network in every room.
Besides the landlord(s) will not return your full security deposit, they will withheld your security deposit amount and deduct expenses for painting /basic wear and tear of the flat at the expenses of the tenant. The painting is a whitewash, done with "chunna". There are better and new flats available in the nearby vicinity for the kind of security deposit and rent the landlords demand...There has been cases of excessive water logging, the lift for bldg no 8 being an old building is often not working. So if you have senior citizens, kids...please do reconsider.
