★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so happy to review the most incredible wedding planners, Two Fat Ladies. They helped plan my brother’s wedding so beautifully and Namrata and Naresh worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect and according to how we had pictured. With them, the family did not have to worry about anything literally. They took care of everything right from the start until the end of each event. Everywhere we turned during the event, we could see Namrata and Naresh ready and equipped to deal with anything. They made themselves available at any hour and understood our needs and kept us well informed throughout the process and the wedding. One thing that stood out for me the most and made all the difference was the comfort level with them, it felt like conversing and discussing the whole wedding planning with a family member. They would give their honest opinion about our ideas and work dedicatedly to make them happen while suggesting and adding insightful and creative elements from their experiences. Namrata and Naresh both would work through a very detailed plan, take every minute element into consideration and then made every aspect a reality. I would highly recommend Two Fat Ladies to anyone planning a wedding because they make it just so easy.

We knew our decision to go with Two Fat Ladies was right when everyone only had good things to say about the wedding. Not only does she make sure everything is in order- she has amazing ideas that make great memories. Apart from making sure that everything falls into place at the right time, she ironed out every last minute wrinkle- figuratively and literally. The team that she brings with herself is equally awesome. We don't live in India and the time difference didn't stop her from coordinating seamlessly with us. Lastly, in addition to being a great planner, she has become a good friend. We couldn't have asked for a better planner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wedding day for a person is one of the most important day in their life. What differentiated Two Fat Ladies from other wedding organisers is the aura they bring along with them. Their energy and enthusiasm is note-worthy and they assisted in all planning as thought it was their own wedding!
They have always been smiling and worked tirelessly to plan the events. During initial consultation they got an understanding of our choices, budget and expectations. After that it was a smooth ride, as they were extremely professional in their approach and customized everything as per our preferences. Their ability to communicate and express the ideas created a picture in our minds of what our wedding day would look-like. They created a theme for our wedding and matched everything in our wedding to that, including decorations, sangeet songs and food.
They were always available when we needed them for their advice and opinion. They were always looking at improving and kept going till everything was perfect!
My wedding was a super success and everyone was very happy. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two Fat ladies is an excellent planning company that lives up to its commitment and goes out of its way to make your event a memorable one. The sure sign of good service is when your guests praise your event and request you to share your planners number.
Great taste, detailed execution, professional approach and bringing a warm human touch in all aspects of an event, they ensured our event was more than what we planned.
The expectation of each family member was met and after a point they took over while we relaxed like guests at our own event, at ease that any emergency will be well taken care of by them. At the end of the event I was pleasantly surprised to receive an envelop of money they had managed to save from our budget, along with a beautiful thoughtful gift and warm wishes they gave our family.
They deserve all the applause and more and I am glad we have found a reliable planner who we intend to call upon for all our event in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are searching the internet to find a good event planner for you and are unsure of how to down-select, here’s what I’d suggest you do: instead of checking the ratings out of 5 or reading all reviews, pause for a second and notice that very rarely do you find lengthy reviews that are positive. Long reviews are more often than not of people venting, uncommon is when someone is just so happy with a service that one takes time to sit down, pen everything they love abut the service/product.
With that, just check the length of reviews 2fatLadies have across media.
You’ll find how much people loved working with them. The common feedback for this team is the “Will be done” attitude, the “calm/happy vibes” that this team brings in, the meticulous OCD manner in which they operate.
Personally, I had hired this team for my wedding. You don’t need to be Mumbai based to enjoy working with them. Their service quality isn’t dependent on proximity to their home base.
Namrata - She is meticulous, hardworking, calm, doesn’t lose her mind when things go wrong and rather operates in a very action oriented manner to help you sort stuff, very quick on her feet (even if you missed something and realize it’s impact on the wedding day, which in my case was food menu, she will immediately think of how to remedy it). What I absolutely adore about her is her ability to listen, process and in most cases somehow read your mind.
I have attached few pictures of what I wanted for my decor - it is going to be hard for you to find which one was my inspo pic and which one is my actual wedding decor - that’s the level they operate at.
Cean - She was my shadow to help w/ the wedding stuff. What ab absolute treat this young lady is. I personally got to learn so much from her all throughout the wedding. How to be polite, push back to vendors, be SUPER calm and incredibly sweet to people while also being a kickass boss lady. She doesn’t need to be told what to do - she just does it pro-actively. A quality I admire so much in her.
The team - thoughtful, kind, warm and professional.
I just cannot recommend them enough.
Just go ahead and book them, you won’t regret.

They go out of their way to make sure that our event is perfect and try their best to manifest our dreams to reality. I appreciate the effort and thought put by the team for the phera decor, it was indeed a unique concept weaving together Indian traditions with a touch of modernism. The phera decor was the highlight of the entire wedding and loved how they customized the decor as per the venue. The team takes care of the smallest detail and caters to all emergency needs.
The entire team is helpful, welcoming and friendly. They take charge of the wedding and we as hosts can enjoy as guests. The effort put in by the team was commendable right from planning stage to the execution.
I am really happy with the team, they had the right recommendations for the vendors. They made the wedding memorable and I cannot thank them enough for their effort, time and thought. It was because of them that we had a perfect wedding ?
