★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for getting Royal Enfields serviced. The owner is a nice and knowledgeable person and finds time to talk to customers. Unlike RE's authorized service centers, this is hundred times better at both the technical and human aspects of a service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get serviced for your Royal Enfield. Recently my bike got service. I have never experienced a good feel after the service. They have well experienced and skilled technicians. If you are looking for the best Royal Enfield service, Go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. Earlier they were doing good, but now a days their service is horrible. Especially dont take Bullet to this service center. They dont have Bullet specialists. After getting serviced, I took my Bullet 5 times with the same problem, but issue was not resolved and finally got it resolved in the different service center.
Beware, they use local parts and charge high. Except owner no technician knows what they are doing.
Even one star is very high rating for them.

You might just end up getting your vehicle in a worse condition.
Except the fact that the owner is a nice and genuine person, otherwise other people whom you would be communicating are just fraud and irresponsible... They would not responded to your calls and messages...
The vehicle itself wouldn't be serviced or repaired till the time you absolutely warn them.
As somebody had reviewed before also, it is more like a sales shop.They would tell a different price and the bill would totally be different.
It's my sincere opinion...it's better to give your vehicle to a smaller, lesser fancy service station rather than give it here.
Beware and make a smart choice than fall prey to this place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional in speaking with customer. But for servicing it's not great. I went from Mathikere but I don't felt anything special in this place... Some of my bike parts are missing.. also you need to wait for a longer time.. they will stick service centre sticker on your bike for advertisement. Not worth going to this place. Also they have charged me 1200 rs. for full servicing of bike Splendor..
One of my friend told me that is good place for bike servicing that's why I went.. I will never go to this place again for servicing.. Not worth what I have paid to them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, a good job done with the service and handling of my two wheeler. The bike is about 8 or 9 years old and I felt it was on the verge of falling apart. But then thanks to a total breakdown, I couldn't procrastinate anymore and I called these guys to take the bike in for a service.
The mechanics came around, pushed the bike all the way to their place, which isn't nearby, and in a day, fixed the bike well. It's been about 2 months the since the service and the bike is still humming smoothly. No real complaints from my end.
The only downside I can point out to is that before delivery, the guys try to Howell you in a lot of services and products that might not be required. They don't readily take no for an answer.
Overall: Would recommend this place and hope that they keep up levels of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really I would recommend this workshop to all you guys reading my review. They took literally 2 days to fix the issue, but they did their best. You can take one of their mechanics with you for the test drive and he will help you out with all your queries, yeah they will fix them up later. Even the billed amount was not so high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my pulsar RS200 bike here for general service. Technician is good but I don't think is very much experienced.
My bike had chain sound, handle bar wobbling and hard gear level and he somehow cleared them pretty much except chain problem.
For labour and services they charge Rs. 500 and extra depending on your vehicle problem. So I suggest you to leave your vehicle for service but you must and should check every bit of the bike for any further issues.
If nothing is major they will give your vehicle in a single day.
